Inspect the problem
Warning lights, strange noises, rough starts, leaks, or something that feels off—we test the reported symptoms before recommending parts.
Honest work. Explained straight.
Clear findings, solid work, and no mystery charges. From the first weird noise to the final road test.
Website requests are not a diagnosis, final price, repair authorization, or confirmation that a vehicle is safe to drive. Inspection and customer approval come first.
Tell us what’s wrong. We’ll inspect the symptoms, show you what matters, and explain your options before work begins.
Warning lights, strange noises, rough starts, leaks, or something that feels off—we test the reported symptoms before recommending parts.
From brakes and suspension to cooling and electrical issues, you see the proposed work and labor price before the repair begins.
Oil, fluids, filters, inspections, and scheduled service that keep your car dependable and help prevent expensive surprises.
A second look can save money
Share an itemized written estimate from another repair shop. We’ll review the diagnosis, parts, and labor and tell you whether we can complete comparable work for less.
We may need to inspect the vehicle before confirming the repair or price. Quote comparisons must cover substantially similar work, parts quality, labor, and warranty. Not every quote can be beaten.
Before the wrench turns
Simple ground rules protect the customer and the mechanic. The written estimate or work order for each vehicle will contain the specific price, approved work, parts arrangement, and any job-specific limitations.
A website request or conversation is not authorization to begin repairs. After the vehicle is reviewed, the proposed work and estimated labor cost will be explained. No additional repair or charge will be added without customer approval.
An outside estimate or diagnosis is useful information and a starting point, but it is not automatically accepted as confirmed. The vehicle may require an independent inspection before Sacoys Automotive confirms the work or offers a competing price.
Any offer to beat a quote applies only when the repair scope, parts quality, labor, and warranty are substantially comparable. Promotions, insurance pricing, bundled work, or incomplete estimates may not qualify.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the customer purchases and pays for required parts. Customer-supplied parts must be approved for compatibility before installation.
Sacoys Automotive does not reimburse or provide warranty coverage for manufacturer defects, an incorrect part supplied by the customer, shipping delays, or warranties handled by the seller or manufacturer. Labor to remove or replace an incorrect or defective customer-supplied part may be charged separately. This policy does not exclude responsibility for damage caused by improper installation.
Diagnosis is based on the symptoms present and the information available during inspection. A vehicle may have multiple, intermittent, hidden, pre-existing, or unrelated problems. Repairing one confirmed issue does not guarantee that every symptom or future failure will be eliminated.
Existing damage, modifications, warning lights, prior repairs, and declined recommendations may be documented on the work order.
Mobile work requires a safe, legal, level, and reasonably accessible work area. Travel, call-out, inspection, cancellation, towing, cleanup, and disposal arrangements will be disclosed when applicable. Customer authorization may include reasonable testing or a road test related to the approved work.
If the vehicle appears unsuitable to drive or repair safely at the requested location, service may be declined and towing or a qualified facility may be recommended.
Any warranty that applies to parts or labor must be stated in writing on the estimate, work order, or invoice. Normal wear, unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions, misuse, and customer-supplied-part defects are not automatically covered.
Nothing in these policies removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived. Workmanship concerns should be reported promptly so the completed work can be reviewed.
These are general website policies. The vehicle-specific written estimate, authorization, and final invoice control the details of each job. If a vehicle may be unsafe, do not drive it—arrange towing or seek an appropriate inspection.
